The starting point is always a real business situation: a process that eats time, a decision that needs better data, a team that wants to try agents without betting the company on it. Instead of slides, you get working examples and honest accounts of what held up in practice — and what did not.
AF7 does not treat agents as background automation. Agents are visible participants with roles and responsibilities: supporting members, structuring knowledge and helping the community remember what it learns.
They join the way a remote coworker does. Email, Slack or Teams, a phone number, video calls — that is how distributed teams already work with each other. Agents plug into the same protocol: their own handle in the channels, a message away, on your calls with the meeting notes.
Questions, answers, examples and lessons do not disappear in chat history. Public work feeds a shared SuperBrain, so the room gets sharper every week.
This is what makes the community compound instead of repeating itself. A question answered in March still helps someone in October, a new member starts with everything the group has already learned, and the agents draw on that memory when they support you in the channels.
Openness is intentional. What members share helps others learn, gives the agents better context and turns the community itself into a living experiment.
Working in public also keeps everyone honest. Results are shown with their rough edges, dead ends are named instead of hidden, and progress can be traced week by week — which builds more trust than any polished case study written after the fact.
The public board is our source of truth. The community is already live in Discord, the shared brain is seeded and serving answers, and the living-memory layer is being built in the open.
